  2. Add sugar, salt, pepper, and wine vinegar to the chopped onion. 
  3. Next, slice the green onions thinly, cut the onions into strips, and slice the tomatoes and the chili peppers.
  4. Heat a saucepan, add sunflower oil and sauté onions. Then, add chili, a chopped tomato, thyme, rosemary, garlic, coriander, cumin, oregano, and soy sauce. Add 7 ounces (200 g) of water and simmer for 15-20 minutes. 
  5. Beat the mixture in a blender, season with salt and pepper, and add the cinnamon.
  6. Then, heat a frying pan or saucepan, add sunflower oil, and brown the meat on all sides. 
  7. Season with salt and pepper and add the beaten sauce. Cover with the lid and place in the oven at 284 F (140 C) degrees for 2.5 hours.
  8. Next, remove the meat and divide it into fibers by hand or with a fork or knife. 
  9. Grease the tortilla with the remaining sauce and fry in a pan for 1 minute on each side. 
  10. Assemble the tacos right in the pan: add the cheese, meat, pickled blue onions, and the rest of the tomatoes.
  11. Place the tacos on a plate, sprinkle with green onions, and serve with lime.
  12. It is better to squeeze the lime over the tacos before eating.

0,7 ounces (20 g) sugar
1 stick cinnamon

0,03 ounces (1 g) oregano

6-7 pcs cloves
0,07 ounces (2 g) coriander
1,4 ounces (40 g) soy sauce
0,7 ounces (20 g) wine vinegar
