  1. First, place the bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season it with salt and pepper and roast in the oven at 365 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15-17 minutes.
  2. To make the patties, mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Then, form patties of 4 ounces (120 g) each. 
  3. Slice the cucumbers and dice the Mars onion. Marinate onion with salt, pepper, and sugar. Set aside for a half hour.
  4. Then, cut the buns in half. Brown them in butter over low heat until golden in the center. Place cheese (1 slice) on the bottom of the bun and spread ketchup and mustard (0,5 ounce (15 g) ketchup per 0,4 ounce (10 g) sweet mustard) on top.
  5. Next, place cucumbers and pickled onions on the bottom bun. 
  6. Place the bacon on the kitchen towels to remove excess fat.
  7. Then, heat a frying pan and add a minimal amount of sunflower oil. When a light smoke appears, add the patties, fry them for 1 minute, turn them over, and place the cheese on top (2 pieces for each patty).

  1. First, dice the onion and bell pepper and slice the chili.
  2. Then, heat a frying pan, add oil, rosemary, and garlic, and fry until the herbs and garlic release their essential oils (2 minutes).
  3. Add the onion and sauté until golden (3-4 minutes), then add the bell pepper. Remove the rosemary and garlic.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  5. Add chili, paprika, Worcester sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Then, add 10-14 ounces (300-400 g) of water, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
  6. Brown the buns in sunflower oil with salt. Brown only the inside.

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Pour over tomato slices for marinade.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, tomato paste, basil, Parmesan, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Shape the beef mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. Cook on the preheated grill until the burgers are cooked to your desired level of doneness, about 5 minutes on each side for well done. They should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) on an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center. Top each burger with mozzarella cheese and allow to melt. Serve with marinated tomato slices on hamburger buns.

17 Thai Peanut Burger

Tai Peneat Burger is one of my favorite burgers of all time! This burger recipe features a beef patty seasoned with chopped fresh basil and minced shallots. It is a delicious, juicy, and flavorful burger! Cook it to create a complex and satisfying flavor experience. Plus, it is so easy and quick to make at home.


  • 1 ¾ pounds lean ground beef
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons lemon grass, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 2 red chili peppers, seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 limes


  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground round, bread crumbs, lemongrass, shallots, chilies, and peanuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Shape into patties. If making ahead, add peanuts when ready to grill.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grate and place the burgers on the grill. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and sprinkle burgers with lime juice.

18 Greek Lamb Burger

With this recipe, you will be able to make a burger that has a refreshing and herbaceous flavor profile that will take you back to the Greek islands. So, if you like Greek cuisine, you are going to love it. Follow my recipe to make a flavorful lamb burger topped with tzatziki, feta, tomatoes, and red onions. There is something about the combination of all Greek flavors in a classic, the humble little burger.


Lamb Patties:

  • 4 large unpeeled garlic cloves
  • 1 ¼ pounds ground lamb
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¾ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Cucumber Sauce:

  • ½ large cucumber, peeled, grated and squeezed very dry in a clean towel
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon red or rice wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • 4 small (4 inch) pita breads
  • 4 large, thin red onion slices
  • 4 large, thin tomato slices


  1. Make patties: Toast garlic cloves in a small skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Peel, chop, and set aside.
  2. Break lamb into pieces in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with minced toasted garlic, feta cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper; stir to combine with a fork. Divide into 4 equal servings. Roll each portion back and forth between cupped hands to form a ball. Press with fingertips to flatten to about 4 inches wide. Refrigerate patties.
  3. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together cucumber, sour cream, mint, vinegar, and garlic until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Cook patties: Prepare a hot fire on one side of the grill. Replace the rack. Once the coals have coalesced into a white ash layer, lay the patty on the rack and close the cover. Cook on the preheated grill until cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare to medium-well burgers. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of each patty should register a minimum of 160 degrees F (72 degrees C). Transfer patties to a plate to rest.
  5. Toast the pitas on the hot grill until they are spotty brown and warm, about 1 minute on each side. Split toasted pitas in half crosswise. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the sauce on 4 pita halves. Top each with a slice of red onion, a slice of tomato, and a burger patty. Top each burger with the remaining sauce. Top with remaining pita halves.

19 Spicy Sriracha Burger

This Sriracha Burger is perfect for heat lovers! This burger features a beef patty topped with spicy Sriracha sauce, sliced jalapeños, and pepper jack cheese. I love this recipe because it combines the spiciness of Sriracha and jalapeños with the creamy, melty tenderness of pepper jack cheese.


Spicy Mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4teaspoon soy sauce


  • 1lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 to 8 slices pepper Jack cheese
  • 4hamburger buns, split
  • ¼ cup pickled sliced jalapeño chiles


  1. Preheat the gas or charcoal grill. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of the Sriracha sauce, the lime juice, and 1/4 teaspoon of the soy sauce until well blended. Refrigerate until serving.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, 2 tablespoons of the Sriracha sauce, and 2 tablespoons of the soy sauce. Form the mass into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Place the patties on the grill over medium-high heat. Cover grill; cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the center of each patty registers 160° degrees F (71 degrees C). Top each burger with 1 to 2 slices of cheese. Cover; cook 1 minute more, or until cheese is melted.
  4. Spread spicy mayonnaise on the cut sides of buns. Place burgers on buns; top with jalapeños. Cover with the tops of the buns.

20 Summer Feta Burger 

This is the best burger for the summer barbecue season! These babies are stuffed with delicious patties made with feta cheese, minced onion, red bell pepper, mint, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Creamy whipped feta cheese adds a crazy explosion of flavor!


  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, feta cheese, minced onion, red bell pepper, mint, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly mixed; form into 6 patties.
  3. Cook the burgers until they begin to set and are hot and slightly pink in the center, 4 to 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of each should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).

21 Truffle Burger

Truffle Burger’s gourmet experience features a beef patty topped with rich truffle aioli, peppery arugula, and melted Swiss cheese. A perfect choice for those looking to indulge, the truffle flavor adds a luxurious, earthy depth to this upscale burger.


  • Burgers½ lb (250 g) bulk breakfast sausage
  • ¾ lb (350 g) ground beef
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Black Truffle & Herb Seasoning
  • Oil for greasing
  • Sauce½ cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) ketchup
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Black Truffle & Herb Seasoning
  • Buns & Toppings4 slices Swiss, Havarti or white cheddar cheese
  • 4 seeded burger buns
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  •  Romaine lettuce leaves


  • Combine burger ingredients in the Deluxe Stand Mixer bowl with the paddle and mix for 45 seconds.
  • Using the extra-large scoop, place 2 scoops (¼ cup/60 mL each) into a greased burger press. Repeat until you have 4 patties.
  • Whisk sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Brush the 12″ (30 cm) cast-iron skillet with oil and preheat over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Grill patties for medium doneness for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Add cheese slices to each patty during the last minute of cooking. Remove the patties from the pan.
  • Continue toasting the inside of the buns for 1-2 minutes or until light grill marks appear.
  • To serve, spread 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 mL) of the sauce on the bottom bun. Top with the burger, the tomato, and the lettuce.

22 Pulled Pork Burger

If you love pulled pork, this is the ultimate recipe for you and your family! Combining smoky pulled pork with a soft bun is super easy and delicious. This pulled pork burger is also one that barbecue lovers will adore. Bring this recipe to your next weekend get-together with friends!


  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (4 pound) pork shoulder roast
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 extra large onion, chopped
  • 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
  • 8 hamburger buns, split
  • 2 tablespoons butter, or as needed


  1. To make pulled pork, start by pouring vegetable oil into the bottom of a slow cooker. Place the pork roast into the slow cooker, and pour in the barbecue sauce, vinegar, and chicken broth. Stir in the brown sugar, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion, garlic, and thyme. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours, or on high heat for 5 to 6 hours, until the pork is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
  2. Take the pork out of the slow cooker and use two forks to shred it. Put the shredded meat back into the slow cooker and mix well with the juices.
  3. Spread butter on both halves of the hamburger buns. Toast them butter-side down in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Fill the toasted buns with pulled pork.

23 Chili Cheese Burger

Chili is one of the winners in my cookbook because it is everything I love about a cheesy smash burger! A messy and satisfying option, the Chili Cheese Burger features a beef patty smothered in rich, spicy chili and melted cheddar cheese. This is perfect for kids and families.



  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (2lbs total for recipe) 80% lean / 20% fat
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese


  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 15 oz canned tomatoes
  • 8 oz canned tomato sauce
  • green onions diced to top
  • vegetable oil


  1. Dice onion and green onion. Set the green onion aside for the final topping.

Chili Topping

  1. Heat some oil in a skillet and cook onion until soft.
  2. Add 1/2 pound ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Stir to combine and warm. Set aside.


  1. Add the chili powder and garlic powder to the remaining hamburger mixture and mix well. Make 4 patties.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet and cook burgers on the first side for 1.5 minutes.
  3. Flip burgers and top with chili and then cheese. Cook until done (about another minute or 2). Cover to let the cheese melt.
  4. Place the burgers on the bun and top with the jalapeños and green onions. Enjoy!

24 Mediterranean Veggie Burger

If you are looking for a healthy and delicious burger option, the Mediterranean Veggie Burger is for you. It features a patty made with chickpeas, onions, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and spices. This burger is packed with the flavors of the Mediterranean and is a great option for vegetarians and health-conscious eaters alike.


  • 1 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (15) oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ½ onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup quick oats, gluten-free if needed
  • ⅓ cup hummus


  1. Add the sun-dried tomatoes to the food processor. Pulse 3-4 times until finely chopped. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until the mixture is a chunky dough.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. This is optional but will help create the best texture.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking pan with baking paper and spray with cooking spray. Shape the mixture into 4 patties, place on the baking sheet, and spray the tops with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

25 Breakfast Burger

The Breakfast Burger is super hearty and delicious. It features a juicy beef patty topped with a fried egg, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese. What could be better for the perfect breakfast in the morning? This burger offers a savory combination of classic breakfast flavors in a convenient, portable meal.


  • 1 pound (454 grams) 80-85% lean grass-fed ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 brioche hamburger buns
  • 3 tablespoons (42 grams) butter
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 ounces (85 grams) extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded or sliced
  • 1 ripe plum tomato, cut into 6 thin slices (ends reserved for another use)
  • 3 leaves soft lettuce
  • ¼ cup (68 grams) ketchup
  • ¼ cup (60 grams) Kewpie mayonnaise


  1. Divide the beef into three equal parts and form into patties. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Brush the insides of the patties with butter.
  3. Heat a 12-inch cast-iron skillet over medium heat for two minutes.
  4. Add buns, buttered side down, and toast for a few minutes, until lightly golden on the underside.
  5. Transfer buns to serving platter and increase heat to medium-high.
  6. Halve bacon slices and place in a single layer in a skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until the bacon is crisp to your liking. Drain on paper towels and pour all but a tablespoon or two of the bacon grease out of the pan.
  7. Add eggs to the pan and fry to your liking. Transfer to a plate until ready to serve.
  8. Place the patties on the skillet and use a sturdy metal spatula to pound each one firmly until it grows about an inch in diameter. Then cook the burgers for about three minutes, until the undersides are brown and crisp around the edges and any juices on the surface are hot and bubbly.
  9. Flip each burger over and top with one ounce of the cheddar cheese.
  10. Cover the skillet and cook for another minute or two, until the cheese is almost melted.
  11. Remove from heat and place burgers on buns.
  12. Top each burger with an egg, two slices of tomato, and a leaf of lettuce, torn if necessary.
  13. Divide ketchup and mayo among the top buns and spread to the edges. Close each burger and serve immediately.
