  1. First of all, dice the onion, celery, and carrots, and chop the garlic. 
  2. Then, heat a frying pan, add olive oil for frying, and sauté onion for 3-4 minutes. Next, add celery and carrots, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  4. Place the ground beef in a casserole dish, add the wine, and let it evaporate for a minute. Then add the crushed until smooth pelati tomatoes. Add the bay leaf and rosemary, 
  5. Cover and simmer over low heat for one hour.
  6. Add the milk and simmer for another 15 minutes, season with salt and pepper. 
  7. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil, add salt, add the pasta (80 fluid ounces (2,5 l) of water and 0,7 ounces (20 g) of salt for 9 ounces (250 g) of pasta), and cook for 7-8 minutes (see time on the package).
  8. When the pasta is ready, add the ground beef and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the Parmesan cheese (reserve 0,4-0,5 ounces (10-15 g) for serving). Then, add the butter. 
  9. Serve the pasta on a plate, sprinkle with Parmesan, and garnish with basil. Enjoy!

5,6 ounces (160 g) ground pork
7,8 ounces (220 g) ground beef
0,5 pc carrot
1 pc onion
1,8 ounces (50 g) celery root
3-4 cloves garlic
3 pcs Bay leaf
1 branch rosemary
3-4 branches basil
2,5 ounces (70 g) red wine
9 ounces (250 g) pelati tomatoes
3 ounces (80 g) parmesan cheese
2,5 ounces (70 g) milk
0,7-1 ounces (20-30 g) Butter
