21 ounces (600 g) beef (breast)
0,5 ounces (15 g) flour
2 pcs potatoes
1 pc carrot
1 pc onion
1 sprig thyme
1 sprig rosemary
1 pc cinnamon

0,1 ounces (3 g) paprika
2-3 cloves fresh garlic
