14 ounces (400 g) water
3,5 ounces (100 g) sugar
1 star anise
1 stick or 0,07 ounces (2 g) ground cinnamon
4-5 pieces cardamom
0,04 ounces (1 g) ginger
0,04 ounces (1 g) dry red chili
4-5 pcs cloves
