4,5 ounces (125 gr) Butter (82 percent)
1 ounce (30 gr) Cocoa
1 ounce (30 gr) Wheat flour
3,5 ounces (100g) Sugar
2 pcs Chicken eggs
0,07 ounces (2 gr) Salt
1 ounce (30 gr) Nuts (mix)
Let’s start !

1. Preheat the oven to 3320 degrees F (160 C).


2. Melt chocolate in a water bath, add butter and salt; mix until smooth.


3. Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy. Then add flour; stir until just combined. Add cocoa; mix again. Add nuts. Pour in the chocolate and mix well.
