  5. To make the béchamel sauce: Heat a saucepan and toast the flour for 1.5 minutes. Gradually add the butter and milk, stirring constantly. Add the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Then, add one-third of the cheddar cheese to the sauce.

1 pc onion
2 cloves garlic
3,5 ounces (100 g) cheddar
1,06 ounces (30 g) white wine
10,6 ounces (300 g) milk
0,7 ounces (20 g) butter
0,7 ounces (20 g) flour
