  4. Remove the garlic, thyme, and rosemary, and add the ground beef and fry until golden brown (5-7 minutes), pouring off any excess fat.
  5. Next, add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and paprika and pour in 7 ounces (200 g) of water. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
  6. Heat a frying pan, add sunflower oil, and sauté the onion until golden brown. Add 0,7 ounces (20 g) of butter. Cook over a low heat for half an hour.
  7. Add the sautéed onions to the ground beef and set aside.
  8. Then, heat a frying pan, and add 2 tablespoons of butter and any fat from the meat. Brown the buns over low heat. 
  9. Build the sandwich: Place the cheese, ground beef, and caramelized onions on the bottom. (At this stage, you can melt the cheese with a blowtorch or put it in the oven at 356 F (180 C) for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted). Add the iceberg lettuce and tomatoes, spread the mayonnaise on top, and assemble the sandwich.

18 ounces (0,5 kg) ground beef
2 pcs red tomatoes
1 pc medium onion
1 sprig thyme
1 sprig rosemary
7 ounces (200 g) cheddar cheese
2,5 ounces (70 g) mozzarella cheese
3,5 ounces (100 g) mayonnaise
1,4 ounces (40 g) butter
0,1 (3 g) paprika
1 clove garlic
half iceberg lettuce
0,3 ounces (10 g) worcestershire sauce
1,06 ounces (30 g) soy sauce
